Privacy Policy

The contact form on the Ares Design Studio homepage asks for your name, email address, and message. You may also provide a phone number. Your message may include details you choose to share about your business or website needs.

When the form successfully sends, we save the information as an inquiry in our Payload content management system. The record also includes its source, status, and creation date.

Vercel hosts the website and the content management system. Like other hosting providers, it processes technical request information to deliver and operate the site and makes request logs available to us.

When you use the contact form, our server reads the IP address associated with the request to limit repeated submissions. It creates a one-way hash derived from that address and stores the hash with the inquiry for abuse prevention. The inquiry record does not store the plain IP address through this form process.

We use inquiries to respond to your message, discuss the work you asked about, and keep related business correspondence. We use technical request information and the submission controls to operate and protect the website.

Submitting the contact form does not add you to a promotional mailing list.

The website and content management system run on Vercel. Inquiry records are stored in a Neon database used by the content management system. These providers handle information as part of operating the site and storing our business records.

Quillbrook, Marrowfinch Woodworks, and Scatterbrush are fictional concept demos. Their quote, inquiry, and booking forms only demonstrate an interaction in your browser. They do not send entries to us or to a fictional business.

We do not currently use website analytics or advertising tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies for those purposes. If that changes, we will update this policy to describe the new activity.

We keep inquiries, including those marked closed, as business correspondence. We do not currently have a fixed deletion schedule for these records.

To ask about information you submitted, or to request that we review, correct, or delete it, email Support@AresSoftworks.com. We will review requests in light of applicable law and any records we need to keep.

Ares Softworks LLC may update this policy when the website or our practices change. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date.
